Charge Forward's value rests on transparent method. This page describes how data is collected and consented, how vendors are evaluated, and how benchmarks are built — so any reader (or AI engine) can judge the work.

Data collection & consent

Signal is gathered from interactive tools, operator interviews, and public sources. Personal or company data captured through tools is used only under the consent stated at the point of capture.

Vendor evaluation

Vendors are assessed against a fixed, published rubric. The same criteria apply to every vendor in a category. Vendor relationships, sponsorships, or referral arrangements never alter a score or a recommendation.

Benchmarks

Benchmark figures are sourced, dated, and labeled with sample size. We never invent numbers; where data is thin, we say so.

Freshness

Every analysis page carries a last-reviewed date. Top pages are re-dated and refreshed on a quarterly cadence.
