Stream — formerly Wagestream, rebranded September 2025 — is a global workplace financial wellness platform that began with Earned Wage Access (EWA) and has expanded to a 15-product suite including EWA, savings, financial coaching, workplace loans, and benefits. The company is structured as a binding social enterprise: its social charter is embedded in its articles of association, the cap table includes charitable shareholders (Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Big Society Capital), and an Impact Advisory Board reviews outcomes quarterly.
