Parafin is a financial infrastructure company that provides software platforms with white-labeled embedded financial products — including working capital, business credit cards, and pay-over-time financing — for the small businesses those platforms already serve. Rather than requiring SMBs to apply through traditional lenders, Parafin embeds pre-approved offers directly inside the dashboards, marketplaces, and payment portals merchants use daily. Eligibility is determined by Parafin's AI underwriting engine, which analyzes platform sales data instead of relying on personal credit scores or collateral. Parafin handles the full program end-to-end: capital markets, underwriting, KYC/compliance, servicing, and customer support. Platform partners integrate once and immediately gain the ability to offer branded financial products to their merchant base, generating a revenue share on each funded offer without taking on lending risk. All loans are issued by Celtic Bank, a Utah-chartered FDIC-insured industrial bank. The key differentiator is Parafin's data-driven, platform-native approach: because underwriting relies on real-time transaction data flowing through partner platforms, approval rates are higher and offers are more precisely sized. As of May 2026, Parafin has extended over $25 billion in offers and funded over $2 billion to nearly 50,000 small businesses across the U.S. and Canada.
