Liberis is a global embedded finance platform that partners with vertical SaaS providers, payment processors, marketplaces, and financial platforms to deliver financing products to small businesses embedded directly within those partners' own products. Rather than building a standalone lending product, Liberis provides a white-label or API-integrated infrastructure layer: partners bring their merchant data and distribution, and Liberis provides underwriting, capital, risk management, and the full funding lifecycle. SMBs never leave their existing platform — funding appears as a native, branded feature inside tools like Worldpay, eBay, or Vagaro. The underlying product is revenue-based finance (RBF), not a conventional loan: an advance is made against a purchase of future receivables, repaid as a fixed percentage of daily card or payment processor revenue with no fixed term or APR. Liberis uses live transaction data provided by the partner platform to pre-approve merchants, enable instant decisions, and fund in as little as one hour. The FAQ states 98% of pre-approved merchants secure funding, and 1 in 5 deals close within four hours. Liberis offers three integration tiers — Hosted (live in <10 days), Embedded full API (<2 weeks), and Combined — and tailors funding programs co-creatively with each partner. The company operates across 15 markets with over 40 active platform partners, reach to 1.5 million SMBs, and cumulative funding of £3bn to small businesses worldwide.
