Overview
Immediate (ImmediatePay) is a US Earned Wage Access (EWA) provider focused on senior living, healthcare, and SMB workforces. Employees of partner employers can access up to 50% of earned wages per pay period via the Immediate mobile app; repayment is automatic via payroll deduction. The platform is free to employers; employees pay a flat $3 per transfer to an external bank account or $0 to the Immediate Card (a Visa-issued debit/prepaid card). The model is non-recourse — workers receive real earned wages, not loans, and the lending relationship is between Immediate and its credit facility, not the employee. Immediate integrates with major HCM systems including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Now Next Generation, ADP Vantage HCM, and Paypro. Transfers are powered by Visa Direct.
